Matt told me there was a long wait. I had a very large dog with me and Matt told me where I could take my dog to walk him, as well as telling me that he was more than welcome in the lounge. Thank you Matt and all the Everett team for your help. My dog also enjoyed the doggie cupcake.

Everett service is the best I have ever experienced

Matt was good, but the service technician was poor. I purchased 4 Goodyear tires from Everett a few months ago, and the last few weeks tires started losing air & I would replace it with my personal air compressor, but this morning one tire was completely flat and wouldn't hold air. I was forced to call roadside assistance to replace tire with my spare. After roadside replaced tire with spare, they said tire didn't have any nails, holes or physical damage, it look like it's just off the rim. He said if he had a mount he could fix it, so I quickly called Everett. Service department told me to bring my truck in, I said ok, I'm on my way. When I arrived it was very busy, Matt waited on me & told me it was at least a 2hr wait, I stayed even though I didn't want to wait that long & I stay 25 miles away. Everything look well after my tire was fixed, I started driving home on I-30E and my truck was feeling weird as if something heavy was on my truck in the rear, then vehicles on the road started blowing there horns & flashing lights, I pulled over to see what was wrong, and my spare tire was hanging, it literally dropped and was swinging. After my shock went down, I was like that could have been a bad & dangerous accident. When the technician put the spare tire back they did it improperly. So know I have to come back after being ther all that time, and I have to drive it with the tire just dangling. The tire is to heavy for me to secure it, and I definitely don't want to pay someone else to do the service I already paid for. I called Everett and let them know what happened, but the lady said they're closed and in Saturday's we close at noon. That day I departed the service department at 11:45am and it was a lot of customers still waiting, but after I told her the details of what happened, she tried to see if what she could do to fix that immediately. I told her I have a appointment for a oil change on Thursday, and we can handle everything then. I stopped going to Gwatney after about 18yrs of service with them to give Everett a try. Gwatney started failing in customer service, and what happened today at Everett felt like Gwatney. Today was my 4th visit with Everett & it has been a wonderful outstanding super fantastic experience until today.

Dub is always helpful. He very knowledgeable. I always use him every time I come in & if he’s not available I wait till he’s done

I was disappointed with your service. I had got an oil change, tire rotation, and asked for your inspection service yesterday and today when I checked my tires they were all low the same way I gave it to you. I always come to your dealer for the same thing, because I trust that the work will be done right, so I can have a safe trip on the road. Thank You for your time.

Had to wait an hour to get a loaner, places on paint not completely fixed, when picked it up my wife found a line of grease on car and tire had been plugged that no one said anything about....this is a brand new vehicle....it shouldn’t be like this
