I finally got my truck fixed if I had listened to Stanley I would have left. STANLEY SAID THE PART WASN'T THERE AND HAD NO ben ordered. I knew it had been because I had been talking to the parts department. I had had the appointment sence the week before. I had to get the parts manager involved he found it in less than three minutes. I know that wasn't on Stanley but his attitude was on him. I don't know what all the problem was but I want use Stanley again or recomend him to anyone.

Everything was great until we found the “Recall” sticker on the front console where we showed them and that they were supposed to affix under the hood per recall letter.
Such a small thing but, it’s the kind of “food for internet fodder” that so many people look for these days. I tell you not to complain - we love Everrett! Just would want to know if it were my dealership because to me, no detail is too small to matter. Just saying and I think you strive for perfection as well.
