Nissan did what you could to provide me with good service However when you sell other brand vehicles from your lot, I feel you should be able to service them and not send them out to that dealer, because You than are at the mercy of their bad service, in which we were, it took two weeks and four days to get my car back, not good, no fault of yours. Advice, when you get trade-ins that you can’t work on, sell them wholesale, get rid of them, or sell them with an understanding, (signed by the purchaser) that the Car can only be serviced by the type dealer, and the responsible is on the customer to take that vehicle to that dealer for repairs. That will illuminate you being caught in the middle Of bad customer service by another dealer.

Hernan is very nice, he treats me very well. My only complaint was the waiting time when I get there, it was only 2 persons receiving a lot of car, I waited for an hour and a half. Please put more employees that's very stressful for those two employees and the costumers. Thanks
