Terrible service by Jazz did not call me twice to help facilitate me picking up my car. Instead did nothing leaving me to stress over if my ride back to Toyota was even showing up at my work. The ride was late 25 mins and he knew I was working and said it would be no problem, he llied, did not follow through and take care or me and my car!!! The cars "new" tires are dirty with red and yellow dots all over them. Rims are marked. The service and dirty new tires was awfully and unacceptable!!! I felt angry and ripped of for paying $731 for a **** product and horrible serive. This should not be tolerated by any future customer!!!

I have been going there for years! Occasionally you would see a new face or two if not having been there for awhile. Today I walked in there was only two people there that I recognized!! It kind of gave me a funny feeling as in what's going on here!? I had an oil change and tire rotation done which went so fast that I was wondering if it was really done and if it was done, was it done correctly?! Prices have gone up, which is not good and they are not washing car with an oil change anymore which was one of the big reasons I took it there for an oil change. One can find cheaper places for an oil chg. I lucked out this time because I had a coupon. My honest opinion, I'm not too sure how I feel about this place anymore. I also feel sometimes they like to push things on you that you really don't need . "It's what Honda recommends" is what I usually here them say. Yah, but does it REALLY need it RIGHT NOW!? People want a HONEST repair shop and that is what will draw the customers back more then anything!

Still waiting for the service to be completed. Not sure why it is taking so long. I think they forgot about us since we have not heard a word in over a week. The last we heard you were still waiting for a part to come in so we can bring the car back in. Not sure what's up and very surprised that this has happened at the dealership. Have my had this type of a problem before and we have owned somewhere around six Hondas. Thanks, Fred Maenpa
