My first time getting Toyota service after buying a new car recently and I was pleasantly surprised. Great staff, fast service, and very clean looking dealership. I had originally made an appointment for service at Capitol Toyota but had such bad service there (waited 30 minutes in my car before anyone came to write me up) even though I had an appointment. They also wanted me to come back the next day. I told them no thanks and I won't be returning ever again. Found my new dealership for service thanks to Piercey!

The part did not come in and my car was not ready by end of day. There needs to be a system on your end that if a needed part did not arrive by certain time, a trace be started to get the part in. Also to notify customer early enough so as to allow us to plan our day better. thanks. But your team was very nice and helpful.

The service is Good but too Bad no more carwash. I suggest you install a Carwash system that recycles water just like the ones in Gas station. So you dont use water conservation effort of the County as a reason to cancell or stop the free carwash . You are a Multi Billion Dollars company and a company that big means you have to take care of your clients with a five atar service.

Todd was great. One of the better, if not best, service experiences at Piercey Toyota. Also, the woman who scheduled my appointment (don't recall her name) was awesome. Hands down most personable person I've interacted with over the phone in the service department. Sad to say, but usually whoever answers as well as the woman who takes payment at the desk are just awful. Dreadful even. For probably the first time, service from appointment on was spot on. Thank you to Todd and to the nameless lady on the phone. Please keep up the fantastic service!

Apparently a complete turnover in Service Staff. Previously I was greeted at my car by a Service advisor, this time I had a difficult time getting anyone's attention to my arrival. -Service advisor appears to have duties that require this person leave the customer service area. -Service advisor recommended additional work which sounds reasonable but I requested a future appointment. He said he would have the paper work right up. I waited about 45 minutes and then walked back to the Cashier who did Not Know that she had my paperwork, there needs to be a way to that cashier acknowledges that she has the billing work to the Service Advisors so that customers don't have a needless wait. I have been a customer of this dealership since 2005, and have bought two cars here. When my sales person Rob Lewis left, I started getting calls from people telling me that Diamond Valley Honda wanted to buy my 2007 CRV. I would not have handled this in such a callous way.
