I've had several times of using the new waiting room. There are 3 tv's and only one can be easily watched by more than 2 people, and that tv shows the same recorded shows over and over. The chairs become uncomfortable after 20 minutes. And I appreciate the healthy snacks, but a few donuts ???? would be nice ????.

There seems to be a disconnect between the official Lexus app and the service centers. The service I selected in the app included oil and filter replacement which was not performed by the service center. The app also showed the cost as $0 but the service center wanted to charge $100. Thankfully they comped the amount, but still concerning.
