The hybrid warning light is still on. Is that due to the O2 sensor in the catalytic converter not being there? The hybrid warning light only came on after the 12 volt battery was replaced much earlier. We didn’t discover this until we had driven away.

I asked for a rental upfront because I live in Racine but was denied the request. Not having my car for 2 days affected my job performance. It was not Rodney’s fault that the part was delayed but in the end only one issue was fixed.

Parts prices are really high vs. Toyota parts website. I was charged more at the dealership for a part which I could've ordered online and picked up at the same dealership. I feel thats not fair business.

I got my car serviced and my tire light is back on and it’s telling me I’m due for maintenance. I would appreciate if the maintenance team will get in the habit of resetting the maintenance button after they do work it should be a requirement. I have this issue every time but I have also told the rep that my tire lights continues to come on he stated they will check it out and rotate the tires I think there is an issue with the sensor because this is an everyday issue.
