Joe is great to work with. Your service director, Todd Rohrsen, accommodated my request back in October about the difficulties of timing the oil change and auto butler schedules which was a great help for me since I drive a 100 miles each way to get service at your dealership. This is one of the main reasons I make the long trip out to Kenosha even though there is a Honda service center just 3 miles from my house.

Sat there from 645 am to 130 pm. We received msg 2 hours after arriving that we never showed for our appt and to reschedule. Went up to desk and were told it was a mistake. We kept going to the desk because we were getting no information and it was taking forever. We are both handicapped and that was very hard for both of us. We also were told once that my husband was a veteran and he wouldn’t have to tell you every time. It would be in our information. We don’t think we are getting the discount the last several times we have been there. My husband called today and they are going to call him back. We were very upset by the time we got out of there yesterday. Thank you Glenn P Meza & Paula.

Kevin foster was great he has manners and is very polite. I’m not happy about waiting 3 hours to get my service done and they didn’t even put the sticker so I can know around when to come back. I don’t think it was updated in my cars system I hope it was but I am not happy with my recent visit.

I don’t think the trouble was with John, but the technician who worked on my car left glue on the driver side quarter panel and some on the hood where he replaced the pillar trims on my car due to a recall. The glue on the quarter panel was a lot more than the hood. I’m hoping the rest of the work was done well. John was a helpful as he could be…
