Richard was a pleasure to do business with; however, there was a white female service advisor who was absolutely rude. After a long stressful day at work, I walked into the service department to pick up my car. I didn't have my paperwork with me so I asked the I identified female service advisor how I go about picking up my car. She asked me for the name of my service advisor and I told her I didn't recall. She rolled her eyes and gave me a look which made me feel like she was annoyed. She then started to rapidly callout names of every service advisor. Feeling obligated to identify one of the names she called out, I told her I believed my service advisor was Richard. She called Richard over the radio and he walked out minutes later. I pointed at my car which was parked in the adjacent lot and said I was here to pick up "the Honda" that is parked over there. The female service advisor burst out in laughter and in a sarcastic tone shouted "they are all Honda's!" I told her I wasn't sure if he was my service advisor and told him the female advisor was being a "smart ****" with me. He apologized for her and walked me to his desk where he released my vehicle. As Richard walked me to his station, the female advisor continued to laugh out loud and say words to the effect of "they always say that." After receiving my vehicle invoice, I approached the female advisor and expressed my displease for her rude and offensive behavior. In sum, I told her I wasn't her friend and told her I didn't appreciate her disrespecting me if front of my daughter. She apologized and I proceeded to walk outside to pick up my vehicle. As I outside I could hear the female advisor laughing out loud. I thought about complaining to a manager but then told myself this must be acceptable behavior and this Honda service location , judging by how comfortable the female advisor was with insulting me. I will never visit this Honda location again. I am 37 years old and must say that I have never been disrespected like this since I was a teenager. The most hurtful thing was the fact that she did this in front of my daughter and my daughter noticed.

I usually get a checklist of everything done during the multi-point inspection. Plus, I brought coupons and the bill doesn't clearly reflect them. Also, I was talked into a service that I did not need without getting the mechanic actually inspect my car and tell me the service is actually needed. Then, I'm not really confident that that work was done. I had a coupon for 44.95 oil change and a 20% off parts both good till 4/30/16, and I was charged 143.08 for parts and labor! My total bill was 374.64 and all I needed was the oil change and multi point inspection. Then, I was quickly whisked to the payment counter without a full explanation of everything was charged. Ed B. has always explained my bill clearly and concisely but Dexter gave me s whirling bunch of numbers guaranteeing I was getting my discounts but the math doesn't really add up, Rd was off today unfortunately. I left feeling like I've been ripped off! This dealership does not need to treat their customers this way. It's not the service I have gotten in the past!

I saw one team member walk a customer who needed a little help to a chair in the waiting room and went to get her a coffee! Loved seeing that. It only shows how the staff make you feel welcomed and treat you as a person :-D

Everything was good until I saw my car back. Car was not clean and it was told me at the time of service that Car WASH is suspended due to California "Drought". But what was surprising is, it was not even vacuumed from inside. Car was not washed is understandable but not cleaned is not. Secondly, the Driver who brought back car from service place to near lobby was driving very rash. He drove the car very fast and then hit the brakes hard. He might be in hurry for something but I did not like the way my vehicle was handled. Best Regards
