A bolt was loose in the engine. They said my car was ready & when I started the car there was a rattle. They had to take my car back to recheck all the bolts. I took my car home. It also took longer than they said. On Saturday my car died @ a gas station & I had to get a jump. I was not told I needed to replace my battery even though they check it. They did replace the battery @ no cost to me. I do appreciate the battery but disappointed in the service and the inconvenience

I paid $25 the previous day for a brake inspection and Neail said it would count toward brake service. I only had a $24 discount on my bill that I saw when I got home which isn't very cool to do to a customer. It just makes it hard to trust a business that overcharges you to be honest in the future. Also it is ridiculous that car washes are not given when getting hundreds of dollars worth of service. You could at least vacuum the interior or clean windows to make the car seem nicer if you really aren't allowed to use water. Finally my car smelled like body odor when I picked it up from the technician. A cheap air freshener would've gone a long way...
