I was scheduled for a diagnostic test. Hours later we called to check on the status, of the repair. Was told the technician was way behind. Hugo told us the appt was with the advisor, not to work on the car, it may be a couple of days before they could get to it. If we had been told it would take a couple of days for the diagnostic, we would have never dropped the car off. The obvious lack of concern for your customers time and convenience is unbelievably lacking. When someone makes an appointment, the action should take place at the appointment time, NOT days later. We took our car to another dealership and was taken care of the same day. I have. purchased four cars from you and I've watched your service go downhill. We will take our service elsewhere. You lost a good customer. Previously we would have recommended Midway, that is no longer the case. You are closer then the other dealership, but we will drive those extra miles to receive the service we deserve.
