Why do you continually ask for feedback when according to van collision my car has been awaiting for a simple alignment after a month of un insured rental that for a month now that you have disregarded. VANS no longer spends and you are absolutely horrible. I am done!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took a very long time to get a service advisor, once i managed to get someone to book the appointment I was incorrectly advised i would have a rental car. Also warranty work has to be booked for another date for something as simple as a door alignment. For the 5000 mile service i went to another dealer for the service which is frustrating going away from the dealer i purchased the car from.

I came in with my F350 Super Duty to oil and filter change, transmission fluid change and coolant changed. Being a 2013 but with only 60k miles the manual states 6 years or 105k miles for coolant. The only coolant that was changed was the primary but not secondary. Was told wait until 90k for that. Not what owners manual states and was still charged 251.50 for coolant change alone. Looks like your techs forgot or did not know there was a secondary system. Either way not very good service.
