Jason was out of the office and nobody let me know that, or answered his calls in his absence when I called and left 3 messages. Seems like bad structuring, not helping customers for other service agents when they are out of the office. We called our salesman, Bill Belt. He checked for us and our vehicle was ready for pickup. He arranged for us to come and pick it up. We are grateful to Bill for his continued good service.

Got a code P2119 to fix the throttle. Got it fixed at Nissan dealership. Went to get a smog check and the code to fix the throttle is still on. Had to go back to the dealership and they don’t even know why it’s still on.

My advice as a whole in the industry, i understand the shortness and delays of service and demands. You need to prepare yourselves better for transportation if you are planning on keeping the vehicles for service and deliveries. Can not stop the work force moving forward. Find a solution for this
