He was the best service advisor I have met. I was a service manager for over 25 years and would hire him in an instance. Great guy and very smart, know how to deal with customers The kind of guy I would want in that position. Hold onto to him, they don't come along very often.

Scott Monge is incredible I called him at 3 @ the fact I was driving 7 hrs the next day & ask him if I could do the oil maintenance when I got back - he called me back & said get your car here before 5pm I’ll have them working on it & do all the maintenance on it for your trip & you can pick it up at 7:30 the next day so I could start driving w/no worries - he always makes it work & I appreciate the personal care he gives me!!!!!!

Miguel was very professional and clear about required repairs and cost updates, schedule updates etc. Checkout process is too cumbersome in that there is no cashier office that takes payment etc. Have to wait for service manager to arrive at his office to do all that. Needs streamlining

Anyway that I can make my life easier, I appreciate. Miguel had me set up for service quickly and arranged a ride for me. He kept me informed as the work proceeded and when it was completed. He took the time to tell me what the results and recommendations were. Grapevine Ford has a winner in him.

Very upset and disappointed with Nissan service center. The technicians lack values and ethics. I was quoted a price for parts plus labor for my a/c blower in my 2016 Nissan Versa. Total cost was $1900. Technician originally advised part had to be ordered and would take 6 days to arrive. I originally said yes, however, after going through my finances I realized I could not afford that amount. I called the technician back and stated to cancel the service. He then advised me that he had already ordered the part and if I canceled I would incur a cancellation fee for part which would estimate $280.00. Placed between a rock and ****, I reluctantly gave the green light for service of a/c. However, I contacted and spoke with a service technician at the Nissan service center in Huntington Beach and asked if the policy was true about paying a cancellation fee for $1000.00 part. He (Mark) said that if absolutely not true and Jacob lied to me. Mark stated that I have every right to change my mind especially since no service was completed on my car. After reviewing my receipt I was unable to find nissan’s policy stating I would be charged a percentage if part was already ordered and I cancel the service and want my car back. In all, had I not accepted service, I would have been charged a total of approximately $580.00 (diagnostic + parts cancellation fee) and still have no working a/c. As a retired veteran of 20 years in the Air Force I am completely appalled with Nissan’s business practices. Shame on you.

Jon provides excellent customer service. I doubt I would drive to Fiat Scottsdale from Fountain Hills for service if he did not answer all my questions and take such good care of me and my vehicle.
