It was a train wreck yesterday. Originally scheduled service for 10am. Due to Gabe sending a message about a truck for sale I visited with him first. The 30K mile service was not completed as it should have been. The truck was at the dealership for 6 hours and the worst thing is the 30K service was not done completely and John Otero did not tell me that it wasn't completed. He just said here's your truck. Knowing it was taking much longer than planned they should have provided a courtesy car, kept the truck and finished it the next day. I was shocked when I realized the full service was not done and I was not told about it. I will come back again, but this was unexcusible. VERY POOR service.
