I will not be returning to Midway Chevrolet again. You guys screwed me on my extended warranty saying that tires were included and they aren't. I have had nothing but problems with this car since I first got it. Then you put a faulty battery in my car and only gave me a 12mth warranty probably knowing it would fail after a year and I had to pay $229 for a new one. You don't know the first thing about customer service. I have sent a few people to you to get a new car but I will not be sending you anymore people. The fact that I am still having issues with it is ridiculous. I have taken my car to you multiple times and all I ever get is "nope nothing is wrong with it". You guys just like to screw over hard working people who have to live pay check to pay check like I have the extra money. I'm a single mom and I cant afford to keep putting money into a brand new car! Thats why I got a new car from you. If I was going to ha e to keep spending money on it I could've kept my old car.

I dropped off my car on a Wednesday. I had an appointment at 4:15 with Victor in window 3. When I arrived no one was in window three, and I attempted to find someone to help me for 20 minutes while my husband and two young children waited. Finally, a different tech (not victor) wrote down my concerns (transmission troubles, air considering leak and an oil change) and took my car. By Saturday, I has still not heard from anyone regarding diagnostics or if the car would need to be repaired. I then reached out via text and received no response. I called then and left a message with Victor. Hugh returned my call and explained he would be covering Victor’s clients. He explained that the transmission was fine but that they could not diagnose the air until Monday. At 4:00 on Monday, again no one reached out. I called the service station and left another message for Victor. Hugh again returned my call and stated that my car needed an air cabin filter and that it was ready. When I asked if it had received an oil change, he informed me that it had not and that it would be another day for the oil to be changed and that I could come Tuesday. I did pick up the car Tuesday. My car is under warranty, and I was disappointed that diagnostic, air filter, and oil change took 6 days. It was a strain on my family to have one car, and I was never offered a rental car, even after I asked if that would be an option. I never once spoke to the technician assigned to my car, but Hugh did attempt to answer my questions when I called, so I appreciate that. Better communication between the technicians and the client would really boost confit and satisfaction. Thank you.
