Did not fix all of the problems with the car. Said couldn’t replicate the noise and I made the car “click” soon after I drive it off the lot.

Every once in a while we are face with up and downs and with good days and bad days. Most of the time, we find bad customer service and it’s very hard to find honest and good people and customer service, period. Last week, I encountered such a excellent customer service that almost left me speechless. I went home and told my wife that I found a young SERVICE ADVISOR by the name of “Jacob Vargas”. It was such a great experience that I think Nissan needs to know that they have such a professional person working for them.
