The service was fine. I just felt like there could have been more communication around having to keep my vehicle for longer than anticipated. I didn’t have a local phone number to call anyone and get the status during the day. I finally drove up to the dealership to find out when it would be ready. Communication and a local phone number to call would have been helpful.
