The service experience itself was fine. Jadon always does a great job. But it took 45 minutes after I had paid to get the car brought out. I was told there was a shortage of employees to get it. Then I was told it would be the next car out. At the 30 minute mark, I was told it was in getting washed. Nit at all sure what really happened, but 45 minutes is not acceptable.
