Daven as always does a good job in giving excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of your technical capabilities. We asked for the health of my hybrid battery snd all I got is a verbal “it is still good”. HOW GOOD? I was expecting a technical read out of your $9000.00 battery’s internal condition and efficiency. Your tech word should be backed by data. If you do not know how, Maybe you should ask the engineers of IPHONE, they can tell the health of their $75.00 battery,

We love Hugh because he never stops searching for the problems until they are discovered and repaired. He is persistent and always has the customers welfare in mind. We respect and admire his integrity and honesty, as well as his knowledge. We would not take our cars to any other service rep. Our Yahoe made a noise for a long time and no one could figure out the problem. Hugh persisted, drove it himself, heard the noise and identified a broken clamp on the catalytic converter. Like we said, we love Hugh because he is a good problem solver and gets the job done.

Don't know who Jesus is but it should not take 5 hours to get my vehicle back for an oil change. Had a 7am appt, called Hugh at 945am stating I had an emergency and needed car back. He advised me that they were pulling my car in. Said my car would be ready in 45 min. Meanwhile, I get texts stating...I'll let you know when your car is ready. Didn't get any info until I again called again at 12 to check status and then. Was told car has/is ready. This is the 2-3rd time when I select I will drop off my car with an appt for an oil change that it takes and unreasonable amount of time
