First person in line but overlooked & had to speak up to get waited on. Service people actually waited on people in their vehicles behind me! No rental car was available. Called 5 times for status on vehicle -couldn’t reach my service manager or any service mngr. Operator kept transferring me & never came back on line. still no response or status from service so I left work & went to the dealer. My car was completed, parked & I was not notified. It became a frustrating experience from lack of communication. From beginning to end.

I was told I would have to pay a separate diagnostic price of $150 for each reading on my car despite having one diagnostic reading done. Grapevine Lincoln is the only dealership I've ever heard of that charges per reading. Since I had three complaints I was told it would cost me $450 just to confirm my complaints. So if I had 5 complaints, that would cost my $750, just to tell me what's wrong with my car. That's a horrible business practice and based purely on greed. That's enough to keep me away from Grapevine Lincoln.
