RGD is the best my battery unexpectedly died on me and he got me in a I had anew battery and a car wash in less than an hour. He’s the best.

Why allow appointments at 8am when you don’t even start doing the coatings until after 10? Would have been nice to know so I could have got things done before hand

Made appointment for 0730 for 1st 5K check - estimated time of 3 hrs (long for an appointment, for a new “Chevy”, for just a 5K check - but OK, I do love my truck ) - got a text twice to say “hey, any questions, just reply”… well I did, both times, reply with a question and never got an answer - Finally called at 1:30 p to check on my truck; at this point, without even caring about an answer to my question (yeah- that’s 6 hrs into a 3 hr estimate for a new vehicle 5 K oil change) and was told to wait for my guy to get back - he called 10 min later to say my truck was ready - While I was waiting to get my truck I was talking to guy who said he had been waiting for his truck “all day” (could do nothing but believe him - good Navajo guy). After I was asked to make a spectacle of myself with the dog-n-pony show after the purchase was final, scraping off all the labeling that was put on my truck (I gave you a bunch of money, I don’t need to advertise for you), after I have to sift through the relentless e-mails from Chevy/every day, after I keep being told that you all are “here for you” —- after all that, when I come to Midway for a simple oil change and it takes 6 hrs?… - I work in the medical field and we say “you’re only as good as you are in an emergency” - well, if we couldn’t even find a blood pressure cuff when a patient is dying…for you guys, same thing; how can I feel comfortable with you fixing my truck if and when I need it, when an oil change and tire rotate takes 6 hrs?

Rachel was great! She constantly communicated to me about the status of my truck’s repairs and for that I’m extremely grateful. It’s so rare these days to find such a customer focused individual like that but she definitely is. Another Grapevine Ford star!
