This was a review that I posted to Google about you guys: This review is for Aaron McBride and for the team at Grapevine Ford. Aaron McBride my service advisor represents Grapevine Ford with an Exceptionally High level of service. It’s actually pretty rare for me to have to bring my truck in for service at all. I have been using Grapevine Ford over the last 7-8 years. My most recent experience was trying to get in before my 3yr/36k Warrenty expired. The sunroof shade was making a horrible sound and the hinges at each of the doors were creaking. Because of Covid and the general state of things there looked like a 3 day wait but I wasn’t able to leave my truck that long. Aaron McBride came up with a solution that cut my wait time to just a few hours by letting me keep the truck as the line got shorter. You can always tell who someone is when you see them under pressure. I made a bit of an embarrassing mistake that I will explain. Shortly after leaving the truck was pulling to the right and not just a little but a good amount. Convinced that someone his a curb in my truck I went back in and told Arron what was happening. He looked at my warn out tires and explained that he really didn’t see that anything was visibly damaged that would cause it to pull. He thought it was the tires but I explained that they weren’t doing it before I got to the dealership. I just wanted the alignment to be good because I thought someone hit a curb and that caused it to pull. This was at 5:15 and I know everyone was ready to go home. Aaron McBride said okay let me take it back there to the alignment guys to have them take a look at it. He came back in about 20 minutes with a the report that the tires were in alignment and if anything the truck should be pulling a little to the Left and not the Right. I was for sure confused but you can’t argue with a report that said nothing is wrong with the alignment. As I was on my way home my truck was still pulling to the right but as I got further down the road the problem went away. Turned out it was just the road with a greater than normal slope for water to run off. I was wrong and nothing was wrong with my truck, so a little embarrassed I reached out to Aaron letting him know what the issue actually was. He responded with that great to hear and I am glad everything is okay. I thought his response as well as how he handled the situation showed a lot of Character which is something you don’t always see. This was even putting Aaron behind to pick up his kids. In the world we live in people are quick to say negative things about people and companies. As a business owner I understand this all to well. So even though this makes me look a bit quick to over react, I wanted to point out and give credit to Aaron McBride for his exceptional skills in handling an issue and for the team at Grapevine Ford. I know back there in unseen part of the dealership there is an unsung hero tech that stopped what he was doing to quickly look at my truck, so thank you sir. I highly recommend Grapevine Ford and Aaron McBride to anyone that needs to have thier vehicle serviced. Thank you, Danny M

NO NEED TO CALL! Not a single complaint with your personnel or the service provided. Too bad your phone service lets down an otherwise impeccable service department. Please fix your phones. Calling a dozen times over a 6 hour period and going to a call center each time is not a good look.
