The service was terrible. My first appointment that was last week they told my husband to come back later because they had to eat lunch. So I rescheduled. When I first called all I said was I received information that cerritos was doin a recall the lady that set my appointment said it's called a "transition recall campaign" I have the letter for proof. I went to my appointment I showed Jacob the email and 3 times we went back in fourth he kept saying that the info was wrong and their only fixing the module so I left out . Then he says I can't take u home I said I was told I would actually have a loaner call he said no I can get u a Uber and only a uber and if it's not in 10 miles he can't take me so he checkes and it was 7 miles. They called me after two hours once they claimed to b finished my husband asked if they can put transmission fluid and they said no because the mileage was too high . Once we can to get the car the service time that went get my car was laughin at my husband n i n making because we were unable how we were being treated . Jacob didn't explain much told us we were wrong and the job was minor and if we needed oil we will need a $195 deposit

I was advised that it was standard practice to turn the rotors each time the break pads were changed. In almost 30 years of having my automobiles serviced every 5K miles, I have never had a service representative make this statement. My prior experience has been that I have been given measurements showing excessive wear, or inconsistent thickness demonstrating a need to turn the rotors. In one case I was taken into the maintenance shop and observed a repeat of the test. While not accusing anyone of improperly inflating the billing, I have never paid $1,000+ for a break job on one of my Lexus in almost 30 years.
