Had a 1100am appointment to change oil and rotate my tires. I waited 3.5 hours before I called to see what was taking so long and the service representative said they still weren't finished yet, they still needed 2 more hours to rotate my tires. I told him not to bother...and I was coming to get my truck.
If your under maned you shouldn't be take appointments. That's shifty service.
