My vehicle was dropped off at 6am with a 7am appointment. I was never called to inform me my car was ready, when I arrived after no response from the texts or repeated phone calls around noon, Victor had left his phone in his office so he could not be reached. Another gentleman had to help me get checked out so that I could go home after 6 hours for an oil change. I also had to do the leg work to determine what services were covered in my warranty work as Victor had looked up the wrong vehicle and did not understand my needs or the car he was dealing with. After years of being with chevy…very disappointing.

I appreciated Jodi getting the car in quickly. She even said they would wash it and make it look nice. However, when I picked up the car, it was still dirty, with bird poop all over the side windows. When Jodi handed me the keys and told me it was all ready, I assumed she checked it before handing me the keys. That was not the case. The customer service I received today was not great. It would have been nice if she took the time to check my car before handing over the keys after I was told it would be clean.
