My service rep was great, but it took 2.5 hours to get an oil change and a car wash after. I was told that it was a busy day with people coming in without an appointment to get their car looked at. If I have an appointment, I should get priority in my opinion. I’ve never had this take more than an hour and a half at other dealerships. Either don’t over-book appointments or prioritize those that have appointments.

El problema del volante y la luz que se prende esta igual y estuve 3 horas esperando
Luego ago una nueva cita alas 9 y media
Y tengo que estar ahí asta las 3 pm o posiblemente asta las6pm
Como es posible que no tengan trasporte para yevarlo a uno a la casa ODST un carro para que uno se trasporte
Cuando a uno le están vendiendo el vehículo
Le ofrecen transportación mientras el carro esta en el taller
Ustedes supuestamente son un Diler de prestigio y no loes
Porque ay otro taller que si tienen transportación
Tienen un mal sevicio
