I have had my 2019 Lincoln MKZ in for the same issue multiple times and every time, except one, I was told that the problem could not be reproduces. The one time when the evaporator coil was replaced, it didn't fix the problem and the technician didn't replace all the trim pieces when reassembling the dash as well as broke the ashtray. This last service (3weeks) yielded no better results, however the ashtray was replaced and it appears that the trim pieces when reinstalled. I do not plan on using the GrapeVine dealership anymore for service and hope that this problem will be resolved by going to another.

I've been've taking my car for service there for years and yesterday was my last time. The lady that greeted me thing an ok job. My bad experience has nothing do with her. Still, when I got to my car, the contents of the glove box were all scattered on the dash, the inside lights would not turn off and the odometer reading was off. Some guys in the front desk had to help me with it. Also, I arrived home to find my hood open. Lastly, I needed a state inspection performed and since my sticker didn't match, this was not done. I just spoke with the DMV and they recommended me to find another shop since this was not a restriction from them. Having the wrong registration sticker is definitely a problem, but was not a show stopper to perform the inspection. Thank you for previous services, but I'll be looking elsewhere for my auto needs.
