I scheduled a 7500 service for my 2021 Corvette online through your website. You also advertised a coupon for this service for $119.99. I also indicated I needed a Lyft ride back to my home 15 miles away. I serviced this same car a few months ago and I was given a ride home and then back when my car was done. I was immediately told Lyfte go no more than 10 miles now? New to me? When I dropped my car off I had to repeatedly explain your coupon to the adviser. Then I had to email him your coupon and then later take snapshots of it and send it to him. It is on your website why did I have to do this after showing it and then opening what was covered? At approximately 12pm I received a message to call the advisor. He said the guy that handles these cars at the quick lube called in sick and that the car had to be taken to the main shop to have the oil change done and it would be a couple more hours. I had the car there at 8:30am to be told this 3-1/2 hours later. At approximately 3:30pm I received another call saying that you were out of oil for my car and also the DCT filter had to be ordered and that I could pick the car up or it could stay overnight and MAYBE it will get done tomorrow. I said keep it overnight and call when it was done. After thinking about all that had transpired I was getting real skeptical about anyone touching my car at this point. At 5:15pm I decided to get my car and go to another dealership. I text my advisor who stated he left at 4pm and the last he saw my car it was "in the air" how was I to know this when there was no communication? I called while enroute and told the person on the phone that I was on my way to get my car. I was told my car would be done in 15 minutes. I asked the person on the phone how could it be when there was no oil for my car and no DCT filters? He said "we got more and hour ago" again no communication. When I picked up my car the coupon was honored. On the way home there was a loud clanking noise that seemed like it was coming from the roof area. By this time the dealership was closed. When I got home I observed the noise was coming from the underside protective panel that needs to be removed to have access to the DCT filter. There are MULTIPLE bolts that need to be removed and then replaced when done. Just about the whole panel was missing MULTIPLE bolts and one was barely screwed in. This whole panel was flapping in the wind while driving making a very loud and terrible noise. I called your service department the next day and explained what happened and I had to take more time to drive it back to fix the issue. In the end coupon was honored, and the bolt issue was fixed. I would be hard pressed to return to your dealership for service. Also, As viewed through the video/audio in my car it was taken to the quick lube for the oil change and then it was taken to the main shop for ONLY the DCT filter changed. The times did not coincide with the times I received calls stating work could not be done. Just tell me the truth!

Waited too long for service. Told the wait would be an hour but was actually almost two and a half hours. I had a scheduled 7:00 am appointment for a tire air leak that should not have taken two and a half hours to diagnose and fix. I will think twice before coming there again for a simple service such as this.
