They hold my car 4 days until start doing something on it. The communication is poor. They don’t answering while text on the provided chat. Nobody is calling as well you have to look for them and ask every day “hey what is going on?” Just keeping the car for no reason is not ok. Also they gave me a rental car from Enterprise suppose to be free up to 5 days. After that they told me sorry you have to pay for the rental Jesus!
