Tony was amazing. He communicated with me about what was happening with my vehicle. It was raining hard when I picked up my vehicle and he rearranged other vehicles so it would be moved under the cover, that way I wouldn't be out in the rain to get into my vehicle. Came in for regular maintenance service and seat belt repair. Edward originally did not know that the seatbelt was covered by the warranty. I challenged this and he was able to confirm that his original assessment was inaccurate. This caused a return visit. When I returned for the 2nd time, I waited 45 minutes to only be informed that the part was not available. Originally, Edward asked if anyone informed me if the part came in. I asked who is responsible in communicating this to me, he then admitted that it was his responsibility. He then recommended I return a 3rd time and ensured me that he would make sure that I was taken cared of. Come to find out, on my return, he was off for the day. With very poor notes, Jacob had to pick up the pieces and figure out how to fulfill Edward’s promise to me. Edward lacks accountability, integrity and effective communication.
