My only disappointment was that you did not have any Technology Specialists on duty during my visit. This was also the case when I purchased the car in April. The salesman attempted to fill the void but was unsuccessful on both occasions. When I called Lexus Headquarters, they told me all Lexus Dealers had Technology Specialists on duty at all times when the Dealership is open.
I have not had the promised technology training and I'm having difficulty getting my questions answered.

We waited for 3 hours to have our battery installed. We had an appointment for 9 am and we didn’t leave until 12. The service advisor wrote down 11:31 and he said he’s getting my car. We waited until 11:51 pm so I finally spoke to the Service director Mr. John Meyer and checked if the car was ready that we finally got our car. I can’t believe it took 3 hours to change the battery. This is my second Nissan and the battery died for less than 2 years. Service is horrible. They told us it will take an hour only.
