They had my vehicle all day long and did not do any work. When I called to ask if they were done I was told they had to order the part(recalled Jack) and I’d have to come back in. I could not schedule an appointment I need to call in a couple of weeks to see what was available.

Anthony was fabulous and very personal. There is an issue with these new grand Cherokee L automobiles in that there is a rattle in the 3rd row. I have brought it in twice and there is no current fix. The technician found the same rattle on a car you had in stock as he was comparing the 2. So I am sure it is another recall item. Please make sure that Chrysler is aware of the issue so I can bring it back in when they figure it out on the next recall. I am a long time customer of yours, so I am sure it will be eventually solved. Happy New Year! Marc J

I’m not sure who Matthew Bailey is, but we worked with Gabby Valadao for our car purchase and she was incredible! I felt that she was diligent to understand my needs and desires in a vehicle.
