Mr. Sarim our service advisor was kind courteous and respectful. He sensed that we knew very little about the mechanics of our car and went to great links to explain in detail the service that was performed, the service that was not needed and the service that would be needed in the future. We feel very confident that he had our best interest in mind. He even went beyond the Lexus service to explain to us what should be done to get the best wear and longevity out of our tires after we had to have one replaced. My car was starting to shows signs of a dying battery, I’ve been observing slow starts over the past week and also noticed corruption on the battery. I called Hassan in service to let him know what was going on. He was able to make me an immediate appointment that morning. It was confirmed to be an expiring battery and it was replaced. No coffee, no doughnuts! But I understand. The cost of a brake job was almost $1,000 and I think that’s what chases people away from dealers for repairs & maintenance. I came in because I knew I could trust that it would be done right with the right parts, just wasn’t prepared for the price. I’ll have to make that decision next time. Brian was excellent.
