I could do a great commercial as to why people should buy there n go there for service. They go above and beyond any dealership I ever dealt with in the past. My first impression of the representative that helped me this morning was awkward. No greeting whatsoever. The fact that he started with “ what can I do for you?” Is not a proper greeting. It was too early in the morning to argue about weather I had a special on my service I got done last time compared to today. Yesterday I spoke to someone over the phone and they gave me a different rate for the service than the one I was charged today. So I decided to cancel the other service I was going to get done- which is my transmission fluid. The guy was too confusing for me.
