Raechel was great to deal with. Hats off to the tech who found and fixed a loose connection in the truck that caused the battery light to keep dinging and lighting up. It’s hard to imagine finding one loose connection in a vehicle that would have hundreds and hundreds of possible connections.

I made my appointment because we were unable to get the radio to work and I needed an oil change. I was expecting to leave my vehicle for an extended time and renting a replacement. However Heath quickly resolved my problem with my radio and I waited for the oil change and hardly had time to finish a cup of coffee.
