I’m a long time customer. (2011) I do make my reservations and “expect” to be checked in promptly. It should all be setup in the compute, correct? Well for some reason they couldn’t find my name. It was frustrating me especially when it’s cold outside in the morning! That’s when Kyle stepped in! Yeah, not only did he find my name but he recognized me by my last name! He’s obviously been a long time faithful employee!! I’m Grateful for the Service & kind attention I received from him after that. :)

Had to wait too long as other customers who’d arrived after me were attended to. Agent on phone said the job would take one hour. On site I was told a minimum of 90 minutes. Since we started late I was there for two hours. Agent also should have been more explicit that the job I needed was not one the dealer is prepared to do thoroughly. No criticism of Tim. He was awesome.
