I have always been happy with Lincoln dealership and their service. All my life I had Lincoln as my transportation. I’m sorry that Lincoln Dealership closed in Arlington and I have to go to Ford sometime but I still like to come to Grapewine and do the service for my car if I can. Mr.Heath Thimons has been very polite and helpful each time. I’m very happy with the service.

I requested that my tires not be rotated. After leaving, as I was on my way, an alert was seen showing that my front tires were over inflated and the rear tires were under inflated. I returned and was told that it would be corrected. I returned to the waiting room and after about 3/4 of an hour I went looking to see what was causing the delay. I spotted my vehicle parked near the street and asked if it was ready or if it was still waiting to be completed. No one seemed to know but the keys were on the desk. Upon checking, it was ascertained that the tires were properly inflated. I would have expected someone to inform me when my vehicle was ready. It's difficult to trust that my vehicle is in competent, professional hands. I would expect more from a Chrysler dealer.
