He saw me walking towards the service center and had the car brought around before I even got to counter.

Waited more than 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Though I appreciate no charge for yesterday’s service, I won’t be back. I thought there would be more value in getting an oil change at a dealership. After yesterday I’ve concluded that it isn’t worth the additional time that it takes versus going to my local Kwik Kar.
