Brad was very helpful and took excellent care of me and my car. My appointment was with another service manager who was nowhere to be found and Brad took the extra time and went the extra mile to get things going for me.

Did not get voicemail that car was ready. Not your fault but you would think a second call or text would have been sent at some point. I waited almost 2 hours unnecessarily as I was told it would take about 3 hours.
