The services I had completed were a tire rotation, transmission flush and oil change. Scheduling was easy and my vehicle was done in a timely manner and was clean when it was returned to me. However, my key fob has been giving me issues since coming to the dealer. I drive a 2013 Terrain and now when I click the button to release the key from the fob it gets stuck. I didn’t have this issue prior.

Tony and the service team always do a great job. This time however, I am disappointed with the Zaktek treatment. My car was returned in a less than satisfactory condition that I am accustomed to. The windows were spotted, smudges on the car that I had to clean off and it was not vacuumed. It seems that whoever performed the service was rushed and did not give the proper attention to my vehicle.

I took my car in for the airbag recall. I had an appointment and Cerritos Nissan had my car for approximately 6 hours. I happened to open the glove compartment the other day and I see an electrical wire hanging from beneath the dashboard into the glove compartment. It appears that whoever worked on my car failed to connect the airbag so now I'm going to have to go back and have this problem taken care of.
