I dropped my truck off on Saturday and didnt get it back until Monday evening. For a service that should have been done the day I dropped it off. And being told that the tech didnt do his job and just held my truck in his bay didn't sit well with me. This is the second time I've had bad service experience with this dealership. My new service writer was very helpful and understanding of my frustration.

Our vehicle went In for service on Sunday and is still in service today as of Tuesday and all was not completed as promised. Now most things that needed to be serviced has to now be re-evaluated and serviced but all should have already been completed and noted when mentioned to service tech on Sunday when we dropped it off.

Picked up my Maxima today at around 5pm after MIL & VDC lights came on this morning. Car felt like it was stalling and motor was loud. Was told the Electronic Computer Module needed re-programming. It’s 9:30pm and the MIL & VDC lights are back on. Car stalling and loss of power. I have to once again lose time from work to take car in. Not very happy at the moment.

My least favorite part of the experience was the annoying salesman who was haggling every person in the waiting area. That’s tacky, and if it happens again I will consider going somewhere else to get my car serviced. I’m sure I wasn’t the only person there who felt this way.
