I called 2 weeks prior to schedule an appointment for oil change, recalls, and check the stereo. Upon arrival, we were told the car needed to be kept overnight. Jesse informed me the oil change takes 2-3 hours and then his techs would be busy until tomorrow. I immediately told him that wouldn't work for me and he said that's the way it is. I asked how can an oil change take 2-3 hours and was told "we are a busy" dealership. He would mark down for the car to be completed by close, but he couldn't do that for every customer. His attitude was very impersonal and rude. At pickup, these issues were discussed with the manager and he apologized. This situation certainly second guesses my decision to come to this dealer for future work in service.
