I was told my coupon would be used to wash wax and clean my windows. My car came out dirtier than when I brought it in. There what looks like mud splatter on my driver side speaker and near the pedals. I just vacuumed the inside and cleaned out my car a few days ago. I am completely unhappy with the quality of service I received.
My steering wheel also needs to be fixed. There is a bubble on the back of the wheel. I pointed it out to the sales person the day I bought the car. They said bring it to service and they will take care of it. Turns out I needed to fill out a form that no one told me about so they don’t know if they can replace or fix my steering wheel. It is completely unfair
I also was told by finance my warranty covers paint chip. I have a few chipped areas and I was told it does not cover it. I want a call back regarding all of this. I would also like the recording of the sales signing as I was told something that is not true.

I was originally scheduled for Friday at 12:00. When o arrived and found out the the service was going to take four hours or more I told Jesse that I couldn’t do it at that time, because I had to be to work at 4. Jesse made arrangements for me to bring it back in Saturday morning at 8:00. Good thing too because it took five hours to complete my service. My only suggestion would be to have the person who schedules the appointments warn the person about how long they are looking at for the service.
