I waited 3hrs for an oil change, when I was told I would have to wait 2hrs. After 3 hrs I came outside to ask for status and apparantly the truck was ready, but was never told. If it wasn't for me asking I would probably still be waiting with my 2year old. I am very unhappy with the long wait experience.

As always Eric my service advisor is the best. I wasn’t feeling good so he made sure I received a ride home and pick up when my car was ready. I mention this because on weekends you only get ride one way.i Love Cerritos Nissan because Eric works there.
