The service writer Issac was great. Unfortunately it took 35 minutes to deliver my car and the service was completed 4 hours earlier. I had to ask once if it was on its way and Issac asked also. Once delivered there were grease marks all over the car, Now it had to go back to be cleaned after waiting over 1 hour i was driving away. Poor QC prior to delivery and litle or no concern by the folks getting my car as i stood around for the 35 minutes. Very unsatisfied

Al Gaffney is my usual service advisor for many years, but because he is currently out on medical leave, Dragan took good care of me. Dragan was very friendly and efficient and handled my service needs and courtesy ride home very well. Regarding your new change to using Uber service instead of your own courtesy vehicles, I will say the service was quick and efficient, but I did not feel real comfortable with the particular driver I got. He was nice enough, but his driving was pretty aggressive and a bit too fast for my taste. I never had that uneasy feeling with any of your courtesy drivers in the past. I can understand why you would want to shift away from providing that service directly (probably less cost to you directly), and it may be faster and more personal and direct for customers, but I will say I felt safer riding with your own personal courtesy vans and drivers.
