Appointment was for 1:40 and I got out of there about 4:00.

I brought my truck in to be reserviced for a problem that I paid Cerritos Nissan to fix and it still existed and received no help. All I received was excuses. I was dissatisfied with how everything was handled by the service rep as well as the Supervisor Peter Gohil and will never do business with Cerritos Nissan ever again and will not recommended or refer others as well.

Customer service was great as always. Lexus always has great employees. I had my car washed yesterday on my own. Today at Lexus whoever washed my car cleaned the inside well but sprayed the outside with wax or whatever cleaner but forgot to clean it any further. I was in a rush I didn’t pay attention til I was driving away and didn’t have time to turn around. Was a little upset I had to wash it myself at home after work.

Have been to Midway multiple times to service my Silverado and everyone has been super friendly and have felt comfortable leaving my vehicle each time. Today was an exception, as Hugh Abbot my service person, seemed irritated for whatever reason when I asked about the price of my oil change, was not very friendly, and simply didn't seem happy to be at work today but won't let his attitude keep me from returning to Midway, everyone else has been great.
