I feel he is an honest service writer, who a customer can trust. If he says my car needs something, I have no problem just telling him to do it. I feel he is not dishonestly upselling me something I dont need. This is different than some of your other service writers, who have dishonestly, fraudulently, upsold me things I did not need, and prevoiusly caused me to not want to use your dealership for service.

Nicholas was amazing I had no problems with him and really appreciated his suggestions and help. The only issue I had was the sales representatives. After the way I was treated this past visit I have no intent in the future to ever purchase from midway again. Before this negative, borderline harassment, experience I referred multiple people to Midway Chevrolet. Honestly now I will warn people away, no one should have to feel harassed when they simply came in for an oil change.
