I had a 1020 am appointment on Friday got there 1005 an was waiting in line. Everyone around me was being serviced. Its was hot, i was even told to move out of the way so the people behind me could get sevice.an finally about 1035 one of the tech's ask me who was supposed to help me he then went out an found the tech that was to help me at the time of my appointment. Then the service was taking to long. So i went out to ur gerage. And found my own truck.it was almost done. So i went back. I then saw it was done an the tech took the truck all the way to the back an parked it instead of bringing it to the front where he was supposed to . so i had to go back there an tell them to bring the truck up to the front. I have been a good customer to Midway an have had good service before until Friday. I had appointments that day it really messed up my day. Don't want to go thought that again. Might have to find another dealer ship for service. Lousy service an wasted time. Well i hope u have a nice day.
