Did not have a service after all- was told I didn’t need an oil change until 70,000 miles- I have 65,700. Made an appt because my oil maintenance lindicator went on. And was told it went on for other service needs that I actually took care of at another service venue.

Had a 10:20 appointment for a 1 hour diagnostic test. At 1:20 I still had not received a call from Jorge about my car so I called him. The girl who answered the phone, Cassandra, said she would have him call me back because he was not at his desk. 2 hours later, I still had not received a call back so I called again. I finally was able to speak with Jorge and he said the part I needed would not be available until tomorrow. I asked what time my car would be ready and he said he would call me “sometime tomorrow”. I asked if it would be ready in the morning or if he could be more specific with a time, which he could not. I ended up calling back around 10am the next day and they said my car would be ready by early afternoon, which it was. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication.
